A sure sign of things returning to normal after nearly three-full years of pandemic-era problems, Castor Our Lady of Grace Parish’s Roast Beef Supper was back on March 19.
Around 200 people came out for the Catholic church’s annual fundraiser.
On the menu were Caesar salad, corn, carrots, mashed potatoes, a variety of pickles and, of course, roast beef.
Along the wall of the Castor Community Hall was the dessert table; while the usual ice cream was available, there was also a wide variety of pies and squares as well.
The annual Roast Beef Supper is one of the church’s biggest fundraisers of the year.
