Castor’s Paintearth Lodge held its annual Garden Party on Aug. 25.
The party was a time to celebrate the long-time service of staff members and say farewell to the 2023 summer students.
This year, Debbie Steinwand and Lea Logan each celebrated five years with the lodge; Brenda Gregor, Cindy Lang, and Elly Dietz celebrated 10 years; Kathy Mulhbieer celebrated 25 years; and, Brenda Kneller celebrated 30 years.
“We had a lovely tea with a layered lemon cake and the Gathering room was decorated in Garden Party style,” said Kneller, the lodge activities director.
The summer students saying goodbye this year are Jehlyn and Harmony Stirling.
Paintearth Lodge’s annual Garden Party has been an annual tradition for many years.
