Clearview Public Schools has announced that buses will not be running on Nov. 3.
The division made the decision to cancel buses due to the current weather along with the forecast indicating that conditions are not expected to improve significantly.
With buses not running, all planned field trips are also cancelled for the day.
Schools will remain open as normal, and staff members are expected to report to work as long as they find it safe to do so.
Students battling the elements and heading to school are required to be ready for severe weather conditions and must have appropriate footwear, outerwear (including headgear), and gloves or mittens.
