Coronation RCMP investigate theft from lease sites

Batteries marked ‘Apache’ missing from sites

On Thursday, December 14, 2017, sometime during the early morning hours, unknown suspect(s) attended two separate Karve Energy lease sites and stole several 12 volt batteries. The lease sites are located northeast of the town of Castor. The batteries were marked “APACHE” with yellow spray paint.

Investigators are asking anyone who may have information regarding this occurrence to contact Coronation RCMP at 403-578-3666.
