Running since 1976, the Castor Elks Cash Raffle has been supporting local charities since it’s inception. With 300 tickets sold, first prize is $1,000, second is $500, and third prize is $300.. Around $1,000 gets donated back to a local charity. (Kevin Sabo/Castor Advance)
