The East Central Alberta Community Choir concluded its spring Cantata series on April 14.

Following weeks of practice by the 12 members of the choir, the group performed three times over two days at various communities in the region.

The choir’s performance, titled God’s Grace, performed first at the Coronation United Church on the evening of April 13.

On April 14, the choir performed twice, first at 2:30 p.m. at the Alliance United Church, then at 7:30 p.m. at the Castor Evangelical Missionary Church.

The choir performed 12 songs, intermixed by narration performed by Roger Spady.

As usual, Betty Spady accompanied the choir on piano.

A potluck lunch was held after each performance.

With the spring Cantata done, the choir will break for a few months until it begins prepping for the Christmas series in December.
