Some knitters from Castor’s Paintearth Lodge have recently put their talents to good use.
The group has made eight to 10 blankets and 17 pairs of slippers which have been sent to different charities around the region.
Charities receiving the handmade gifts include the Ronald McDonald House and the Mustard Seed in Red Deer and some charities in Edmonton and Stettler.
